We don’t often talk about Sniff outside of ”he’s annoying” (I will protect him with my life) let alone his relationship with everyone else.

But I always thought that he and Snufkin would have a special connection, they’re foils after all, and lost kids who had to grow up in the wild for some time. They bicker and annoy each other but they definitely care!

Also before anyone asks ”Where’s Snufkin’s tent? Why is he just outside?” Snufkin hybernates with the Moominfamily the first winter after the comet, so I figure he also lived with them in their house for that time out of hospitality, then he was brave enough to deny their hospitality and sleep outside. They also loaned him a fancy pyjamas.

Mostly just made this bc the fact they got so close to meeting but never did in the series BUMMED ME TF OUT!!!
