The Annual Meeting of the Moos!

We are about to welcome two new cow friends to Sanctuary, so our cow friends had a meeting to discuss the welcome party.

Not all of our cows could attend-- we are missing Cowito and Super Cow--but these friends will be the welcoming committee. There will be cookies and milk and lots of hugs ready and waiting.

Mooers is the newest addition to this cow meeting. Milkshake is the second newest, with Beasley being second leader and Taurus leading the group.

There are 4 very very different personalities at work here: Milkshake is very animated and bubbly, Taurus is the strong, silent type, Beasley is the bovine embodiment of a Himbo, and Mooers, being the youngest and newest, is very shy and reserved.

It's nice having so many welcoming friends at the Sanctuary. Now if only we could get Piña to be a little more...enthusiastic...

Library day here at the Sanctuary! Jake Vox and Mooers are on filing duty today. We don't have a particular organizing system here other than 'put it where there's space'. Darla Dragon will help them reach the top shelves later on. But they best not disturb the dragons guarding the books!

Maybe one day we will organize the books meaningfully instead of haphazardly. Hmmmm...by color or by size? By author's last name or by subject? Read or unread? Who's to say.

Jake isn't much of a reader--he prefers action, like mowing the lawn or weeding. He does like pushing the book cart a lot though.
