Born Adventurous
Like most people, I don't get to travel as much as I'd like to. My passport expires this fall and it makes me sad to think it'll do so without me taking a trip overseas. However, my adventurous spirit will not rest... I like in a BIG city. It's diverse in many ways. And I tend to explore it to satisfy my urge for "new." Tonight I did that with the help of two friends who indulged me despite their reluctance and dreariness. You know what? We ALL ended up having a great time! Sushi at a new (to us) place and hot wintery beverages at an interesting pub called Moody's (p.s. We will be back!) So today, I'm proud of the fact that I am adventurous. And that I'm lucky enough to have friends who will play along, even if they don't necessarily want to.
