While you can adjust the color temperature all the way up to 5700K, I basically keep mine anchored at 2700K. The warm light diffuses out of the top and bottom of the fabric shade, casting soft, layered shadows along the wall. Because it’s high-CRI and flicker-free, everything in the room instantly looks richer and warmer without straining your eyes.

Also, it comes with a remote. As someone who enters a state of mild paralysis the moment I sink into the couch, being able to dim the lights to movie-night levels without standing up is a top-tier luxury.
