Let me start off by saying thank you for all your kind words of support in this time of transition - and in my undertaking of this new project. I'm blessed beyond measure to have friends and family in all of you. So I had a beautifully elaborate phrase that I wanted to write out, but nothing was flowing freely from my hand + pen today - no matter how many times I stopped and had a break, that phrase just wasn't working. This phrase was complex, using big words and full of expression and it didn't work. You know, so often that's exactly how Jesus works...we come with all our muddling, trying to elaborately paint our lives to be masterpieces before Him, and all He wants from us is to acknowledge Him and rest. Life gets weary. God does not. Today is simply me, declaring that everything in my life - and I mean everything - must bow to Jesus.
