Yes, sort of, but I'm not sure if it's a real headache or a low-blood-sugar headache since I ran on an empty stomach and didn't eat for a few hours after I finished.

How do you feel physically?
Beat. The Mister is working on my running form, and apparently, I've been distance running all wrong, and so now, I'm utilizing correct form, using my legs (my whole leg) a lot more. I am dead tired after the short run I did today. Ugh.Â
How do you feel mentally?
I feel tired from my exhausting run. I wanted to read for the read of the day, but I'm feeling really sleepy. Other than feeling sleepy, I feel better overall. Less burdened, a little fresher, and in general, at more peace.
How's your overall demeanor?
Pleasant, despite the overwhelming aches and exhaustion my body feels.
