I've been thinking about Tulip and Montel and how much enrichment to my brain it'd be if I had a point where Tulip, blinded by her love for Montel and her desire to sort of bridge the gap between their drastic height differences, winds up getting ahold of some sort of magic (maybe even getting some outside help) that shrinks him down to her height Ferngully style.
Def wouldn't be 100% permanent but I've always liked niche charm of human sized characters getting shrunk and exploring a smaller world.
It feels very nostalgic since a lot of old films had that as a plotline.
It'd scratch my head even more if this occurs before the two are even romantically together so Montel is wondering why the fuck he's so small and Tulip has to play it casual and keep the actual reason why a secret.
I like Tulip and Montel as her being the tiny little pixie and him being human sized (which seems giant to her) but the concept of her Ferngullying him kind of lives rent free in my mind.
NOT PERMANANT OF COURSE but her wishing she could actually kiss and hold him like how she sees in the movies they watch together leading to her accidentally shrinking him to her size is very cute as a concept.
This new season was great! Loved Montel's storyline
