A short but bracing afternoon blat on the monstercross, adding another 690m of ascent to the February total. I love this cobbled together drop bar MTB, it perfectly suits my local riding. Increasingly I find myself stroking my beard over framesets like the Tumbleweed Stargazer that could combine the Boost wheelset and drivetrain from the Scandal, coupled with the bars and controls from the Cannondale. Hmm...
