My ultrasound was today, there's a nice corpus luteum on my right ovary making a "woosh woosh" sound on ultrasound lol. My progesterone came back in the afternoon at 37 nmol/l which is 11.4 ng/ml for the Americans. Not bad. Previous cycle it was only 30 which is closer to 8 ng/ml.
Now it's just waiting. Idk I have no hope.
I'm also waiting for my grad school application. Just in general very stressed atm.

Holy mother of PMS.
So much cramps. So much emotional outbursts. So much migraine.
I'm just gonna crawl into a hole and wait for it to blow over. Except I can't because I have a 3 year old.
Seriously debating if I ever want to do this again.

I triggered today guys! So excited. I can't believe I managed that. There are so many steps to the gonasi shot... and my husband helped me get the caps off etc. I then totally googled whether the tiny drop of blood that came out afterwards was a problem or not. It appears not. π
Anyway, yeah had my scan today, I can feel my right ovary, ugh. π£ I had an 18mm follicle in it this morning. The left ovary has left the game with only a few 6mm ones.
My usual doctor says to do EOD, so that's what we're sticking with. The doctor there now said to do 3 nights in a row... My husband doesn't think he'll be able to keep that up π
So now all that's left is another blood test and scan in 7 days. On my protocol the doctor highlighted "progesterone" so the nurse and I came to the conclusion he must also be concerned about the level of that. Which is great because that means if it's low, he'll do something about it. Now we just gotta hope the eggs and sperm do their bit. π€

First negative. That darker line on Friday got my hopes up. My temp plummeted this morning, but I also only got 2.5 hours of sleep because I just had to watch Messi play in the Copa America lmao. Now I feel like AF is coming. :( And I don't even know if it would be on time or not.
Edit: nvm on the temp thing. My thermometer was malfunctioning. It actually went up further. Also line reader on FF gives me a ghost of a line on that negative test. π€·

Looks like the trigger is leaving my body. Tomorrow is ultrasound and progesterone check day. I'm so so curious to see what happened inside!

So. Interestingly I ovulated about 24 hours after the trigger shot, probably due to the fact that I had a positive OPK the evening before and all that day. I hope I wasn't too late with the shot. We BDed the morning after the trigger shot, meaning about 12 hours before ovulation (and also Tuesday night, o-2). Sounds okay right? After that, we didn't BD until Saturday evening, which was 2dpo. We wanted to, but ... TTC#2 issues, lol.
Ugh, I want to just... shut off that part of my brain XD but my control freak nature doesn't allow that. I'm hoping that Wednesday gives answers.
Testing out my HCG trigger shot, 1 day post trigger:
Ladies and gentlemen, a positive on a crappy blue dye test. XD I'm testing out my trigger so that I don't have any surprises later.
PS, I know seeing positive HCG tests might be triggering for some, I promise I'm not pregnant, I haven't even ovulated yet or am doing so as we speak. Also, I sincerely promise any pregnancy talk will stay off the TTC tags.

Looking pretty good! CD13 PM was done before I did my trigger shot, so looks like my body was right on schedule. Anyway I'll try to stop obsessing soon. XD I just think it's so cool.
