yes i do have a strong opinion on a niche hobby that i feel like ranting about but i simply do not have time, because mid semesters are coming up and i have to slave away for school :(

anyways the hobby isnt really that niche but it's speedcubing. it's literally just that.

but speedcubing is frickin awesome you solve rubiks cubes really fast and here are some of my personal stats:

how long: around 3-4 years

how fast??? personal best: 7.78

but like i almost got a 6.xx (i finished oll in the 5 second mark, but my pll was an nb perm and i got a 9.33 LKJFLKSDFAJSLDKFJALSDFJKAJF)

ao5 best: around 11

avg: 14-15 but if i practice 12-13

other puzzles: 2x2, 4x4 (i got pb on comp bro and it was 5 seconds faster, the adrenaline got to me), clock <3, squan, pyra, skewb (not particularly good at these)

the speedcubing community is so good and i love it

full oll: 41/57 (not learning olls anymore lol)

full pll: yes

cross: 1-2 seconds

f2l: it sucks

oll: 2-3 seconds depending on the case

pll: 2-3 seconds depending on the case (go frick urself nb perm) also nb doesnt stand for non binary just to be clear it's a very unlucky case in rubiks cube

it went REALLY well!!! i only had 1 midsemester where i had to stay up >1am to study (i got a 98. so close)

i got 2 100's, on math and english which is pretty good, and the other midsems were >95 which is alright

anyways more rambling!!!!

ok so cubing, i love the community!!!!! omg they're so cool

i cubed a little at school today and i got a 9.3x (i forgot) but the thing is my friends cube has mediocre cornercutting. i finished f2l in high 5, and i could've gotten a 7 or an 8. The thing is, i can't do algs if the cornercutting is <40° so like ugh i got a 9 couldve gotten a 7/8 the scramble was really good tho, 3 mover cross, free pair (predicted from inspection!!! i never get the chanceto do that cuz my look ahead+planning is not that good)

ive tried a few ciphers on this decoding website like shift ciphers, scytale ciphers, base62 ciphers, and other stuff but yielded no results

but like

tinkering it by myself, it had the letters that are needed for the words "helpher" which is ominous enough (but still might be a coincidence)

hey it's me again. it's currently 11pm and i can't sleep. these past few days feel so slow and muddy, everything's filled with uncertainty (lots of random assignments, lots of events too, making an event and it's not clear whether it's going well or not)

im like insanely stressed right now, i have like 8 assignments (including a few group assignments i have YET to touch) im gonna have to speedrun an assignment tomorrow from 3am-5am, hopefully i can finish it fast... and then i have to do more things related to this organization i joined.......... and it's all so messy............

what i've been doing

today i went home at like 5.30pm, and i was exhausted and filled with dread, so i chilled for a bit, starting my assignment with ONE sentence, but it didn't want to happen i guess. crossed the sentence out, nothing else came to my mind so i joined vc with my friends (stressed out mental block this is supposed to be an EASY assignment) What

i started randomly crying again (THIS SUCKS) because this already stopped for 3 months and it's coming back again. gosh i need to find a better way for stress management it's just so!!!!! hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now I've been procrastinating for 6 hours. can't do shit anymore it seems and i guess I'm gonna have to resort in cutting my sleep time to finish this STUPID assignment gosh.

anyways see y'all in 3 hours. hopefully.

tomorrow i got school, a bunch of meetings with organization (one right after i get to school and one at night), and also an activity thing after school (wish me luck. i dunno if 3 hours is gonna cut it but i guess that's just gonna be what happens)
