Sanada’d been waiting a week to carry out his plan to take Raichi out. With practices getting in the way and Sanada’s odd tenacity about actually showing up as of late, the only thing he could do was wait until Friday -- even though there was an afternoon practice on Saturday. But that just meant he couldn’t be out too late.

As if Coach would let him keep Raichi out that long anyway...

With a smirk, Sanada knocked on Raichi’s door, his confidence through the roof. He never got nervous about things like this -- only excited. Especially taking Raichi, of anyone else, on a date. He could admit he’s never cared for anyone like he does the first year. So that alone was enough to excite him ten times more than he’d ever been for a date. He’s still grinning when the door opened, Raichi standing before him.
