Long Island RC Racing
With help from our new partner Platinum Hobbies in Middle Island New York, Races2U set up an RC racetrack at Gurney's Resort for Monarch Capital. Platinum Hobbies is a large RC focused hobby shop in Long Island with all sorts of RC boats, planes, and of course, race cars! They have a track set up in store for guests to use, and they have a lot of experience with all sorts of RC vehicles. They were a natural choice for us to partner with for this event, having a proven track record of customer service as well as knowledge of the equipment we use for our racing. Gurney's is a beautiful upscale resort on the far Eastern tip of Long Island. Known for the beautiful views and beaches as well as food and lodging, this was a lovely venue for us to set up our racing. Monarch Alternative Capital is an opportunistic credit and real estate manager with offices in New York, London, and West Palm Beach. They are investors seeking attractive opportunities across multiple verticals including corporate, real estate, structured credit, and special situations.
