Murders have been happening lately.

Little ones. Big ones.

Quiet ones. Loud ones.

It was a normal night,one of the kids parents were late again,and the daycare attendant was there to keep watch. But they weren't going to be there to help any longer.

"Mr.Moon?" The kid asks with wide, curious eyes. "Why is it taking so long for my parents to come?"

"I don't know,Leo." The nighttime animatronic said in a calm voice. "Maybe it's traffic. They will arrive soo- " Their voice box lets out a strangled cry of pain as they hold their head,their eyes glitching in mix of red and purple.

They boy looks up with fear in their eyes "Mr.Moon? What's wrong?"

Silence.

Then the jester slowly raises their head, a grin plastered across their face with a set of purple eyes." I think I heard your parents just now."

"I didn't hear them-" Leo's grabbed by the arm and is dragged towards the entrance of the playcare as the lanky robot stays silent.

Peering out from their hidden room,they look at what Moon was about to preform next.

A loud scream echoes throughout the daycare,making them wince in sadness and fear,making Moon grin in pleasure.

They could discreetly hear the soft thud of a body hitting the floor in the distance.

They had tried to stop Moon the last few times he did this; he soon found out that it was best to keep their mouth shut. He would prefer it if Moon stopped hurting them,not like he had any say in the matter.

...

That was years ago.

And they had enough.

As Moon wrapped his hands around the victim, Theodore jr., he chuckled with pleasure.

Then he felt the knife hit his arm.

Moon let go of Theo,turning in rage at whoever's cut him, the oil gushing from the pipe leak.

"Wha-oh,you bitch! Get the fuck back in there!!" Moon says,letting out a an amused laugh before lunging at them as they dodge. "What the fu-" the nighttime animatronic gets slammed into the floor,they pin him down and look at the kid.

"What the heck are you doing?! RUN!!" Theodore stands up,shaking. Then turns and bolts for the daycare entrance.

"@*#*-R-€$@!!! LET ME GO!!!"

They blow one punch to his face,then another,and another. And they put all those years of abuse,watching all those kids dying for nothing,pain. It all came crashing down.

"LET ME OUT!!! LET ME THE FUCK OUT!!!" Moon continues to struggle under their grip.

They give one last punch in his face,leaving him looking like out of a horror movie. They hold the knife above their head before giving a reminder:

"Language around kids,Bitch."

Momi isn't not really a common thing in dimensions. They were never supposed to exist in the first place. No name. Nothing.

Momi was part of a group called MIMIC which sounds as it looks,I guess.

This small group of animatronics were designed to do anything the customer desires, or the animatronic that is in maintenance or broken. All was well,till it wasn't.

Soon some people had more...disturbing tendencies. At least from their perspective, they never knew the proper purpose, and neither will you for a time. Some brought an object for their violent reasons,even in public,others would corner them or ask to talk in a private space, then they would use the MIMIC and harm them, this barely happening,of course. Not like they could do anything.

Momi was one of these poor victims. Obviously,there were about six others,they all were. Momi had a decaying silent passion to see the outside world,along with children to play with,as well as a terrible sense of reading the room. One of these experiences that will certainly scar them one way or another was when they got attacked by a flamethrower. No one knows how the (drunk) teen managed to sneak in with the dangerous object,however by the time someone found out, Momi was almost burnt to a crisp,luckily maintaining their skeleton with 'minor' injuries. It wasn't fully fixable. Even if that company before Fazbear was able to they wouldn't have,also Fazbear didn't have the parts. That made Momi a bigger target to stares from others.

Momi obviously couldn't do anything.

That's when the real problems happened.

It was little at first. Like always.

You should know by now that MIMICs don't have a gender unless the customer wants one. Well,Christime hated and was the first to crack at that.

Christime was another MIMIC. She was fantastic at her job,so to speak from the reviews. When she started telling the company that her pronouns were She/Her, she got electrocuted.

The MIMICs did get their breaks, having to work constantly at night and day,only for recharging and dressing up. They never discussed their programming as bad,and neither did Christime till Momi came along.

After they got bought by Fazbear (Which will be explained in time) a normal thing to occur at night was Moondrop.

Christime had become good friends with Moon,despite the lack of kindness. Momi had seen Moon about 2 or 3 times,but was to busy hiding behind Christime to notice any real details.

Christime and Moon were basically friends,however they both (unknowingly) wanted something more. They would hang out whenever they could,at night; it was really the only time they could.

So,when Christime got the virus,so did he.

Ironic,Suesol'd say.

She was one day secretly tasked to become a Fazbear employee who had mysteriously passed away due to an accident. The employee who had requested this was new,foolish and had heard of their old programming (which some drunk Fazbear employees took advantage of cuz why not).

And as much as it made sense,it started multiple deaths.

When Christime became the co-worker,she soon had access to all the files. Obviously,with what she'd been through,she couldn't help taking a peek,opened the wrong file,and became infected. There will be no details.

And somehow it got to the others,and they started getting into the system aswell. No one did their job at least ever. They became aggressive,with the same violent tendencies once brought upon them.

Some of them were able to get away from the temptation of freedom.

Momi was one of them.

They only ran because they were told to by Christime before they had their eyes gouged out by the only person they could trust. Christime and Momi were always a pair.

A flame of creation,beautiful yet a threat made from innocence.

A flare in an unknown forest is dangerous.

The tiny flare created from the person's hands will be noticed by anyone and everyone,no matter how much it tries to blend in.

And soon,the problem will become to big to ignore.

And when you try to snuff it out?

WHY I'LL PROBABLY HAVE TO KILL YOU.

Learning. Cloaking. Running. Scared and afraid.

Then the flames will be put out and die.

You'll think you got them all.

And it'll become a lost memory.

No one will know a single flame is left hiding among them.

This isn't about the flame,is it?

IT NEVER WAS.
