Gem Shape: large shield like plating growing along her spine, used to be smaller
Gem Location: Back, all along her spine/shoulder blades
Appearance: tall and well built, has a half shave/sort of undercut. Mowhawk curls over and loops down over an eye, one strand of hair seeming to be excessively longer then the other and coming down to a sort of sharp almost blade looking tip. Often wears a thick large coat, enough to cover her gem. Seems quite insistant on keeping both legs and arms fully covered unless around only her close friends/crew
Weapon: Fang Blades, (see: Riddick’s blades)
Personality: Quick to make a joke and tease, but has a lot bottled up and hidden away. can come off as a little detatched, clearly has some lacking socialization but is a quick learner.
Special Abilities: can “talk” to computers and tech, has yet to find a single thing she can’t hack into. steep learning curve

Appearance: Almost human looking save for the large yellow sulfur gem on her chest. Long twin-tails for her hair that seem to hold in a similar way that fire might, the tips coming off as slightly blue. Clothes vary and change depending on the situation. Typically party girl variations of course. Bright eyes and a button nose, her teeth are a bit sharp and tongue pointed, which she does often use to pick on other smaller gems, especially anyone who picks on her closest friend, Pearl (color TBD)
Weapon: Fire manipulation
Personality: Princess Complex personified, but pretty loyal and fun loving. More often then not, very Lewd
Special Abilities: Fire manipulation, can litarally light herself on fire

Gem Shape: misshapen, ‘natural’ pearl
Appearance: Tall and thin, short hair with long bangs, and tassles infront of where her ears would be that reach down to her chest. A leotard that goes up to her neck, and a miss-cut tights, the full leg having a diamond on the knee. Slip on boots that go up just to her calves. Fingerless gloves that round off just before her elbow.
Weapon: extending staff that can go from a police like batton to a full length staff, occasionally forming a bladed end. She often uses it to quickly propel people out of her personal bubble
Personality: Salt. She’s just all salt. typically disgusted by most everyone, including her closest friend/cover, Sulfur
Special Abilities: Can be very manipulative and is able to quickly both read a room and a gem, /great/ actor

Appearance: Well built and clearly athletic, her skin is a light green with a deeper shade for her hair.
Weapon: Bow and Arrow made of light/energy from her gem
Personality: energetic and curious, often reckless and easily excited
Special Abilities: Can heal from a cracking if able to apply enough heat to her gem, hawk like eyesight, excellent problem solver and improvisor

History: Originally a homeworld scout, she didn’t exactly rebel, but more or less just…left. She saw more value in finding new worlds to explore and more things to see and learn about then to conquor for someone who wouldn’t even appriciate it. She’s heard wind of the planet earth, but she left far before the war, the fact there even was one was big news to her.
Her kind are made in route to whatever star system they are to scout out, and she’d only been on homeworld a handful of times. She was formally a high ranking pilot besides her pre-determined role of scout/explorer. She never saw much reason for superiority held by gems over organics, always eager to learn what they did to make each one unique and special.
