💜 Mi segunda muñeca, Lily.

Para la peluca usé mechones de mohair natural que lavé y teñí (las puntas son de un violeta muy pálido, aunque creo que se fue destiñiendo con la luz solar y el tiempo)

Nunca habia usado fbras naturales y me resultó muy placentero trabajar con pelito que se puede lavar y teñir con los mismos productos que uso para mi propio pelo.

Lily y Mora están hechas de porcelana fria y “moldeé” cada una de las más de 20 piezas en moldes de silicona a presión bastante extraños que me tocó ingeniar.

Miden alrededor de 34 cm.

Dragon i just cast the first pewter production masters of, I'm on break rn before i go cast a few more. Gotta let the tiny mold cool xD

Sorry I've been absent y'all, i am just so busy and tired from being busy. Medical appointments, usual life stuff, and work piling up I'm working through before it gets toooo piled hah 😅

Wish me luck, this summer I'll be having surgery to stabilize my ankle, and I'm really hopeful it'll restore a lot of mobility and relieve some of my pain! I am figuring I'll have a lot of time to write again then haha, it'll be after I'm moved in, which is going well. So tired. So productive though.

Anyone in north America (preferrably canada but i am all ears) have a clay recommendation that is good for silicone mold making? I used an allegedly sulfur free clay for silicone molds and it left the silicone sticky :/ even worse then the mystery plasticine from the dollar store 😭
