essentially I extracted all game files using LSLib, opened _merged.lfs from [PAK]_CharacterVisuals, found some npcs that had body tattoos and copied their tattoo related scalar/vector nodes to the human player character visual bank. the BodyTattooIndex value indicates which tattoo is assigned from the Skin_Atlas_Body_UNI_Tattoo_A_MSK1 atlas file (starting from 0 top left)
