caravaggio (or cara for short) is the daughter of greely and liza, sister to galileo. unlike galileo, she's actually already earned her alpha stone when she broke moirae free from their petrified form. this makes her the newest alpha, and the first of the alpha kids to become a fully realized alpha like her parents. in turn, everyones eyes are on her and their expectation are astronomically high, and her training and studies have taken over her life. shes constantly tired, exhausted, and drained. like her father, she comes off as distant and cold, struggling with social interaction, yet like her mother she can be a paranoid mess that's always trying to please everyone. she's just trying her best, yet it never seems to be enough

moirae is the child of the ancient leaders star and fang, originally created by mira as a gift to the two leaders in an attempt to bring them closer together and ease the tensions between the sabers and the dires. when that didnt work, as fang claimed moirae all for herself, and the war between the two species worsened, zios grew enraged and began an onslaught on the ancient animals, beginning with the murders of star and fang. mira, in a panic, took the heartstones of the ancients and sealed them away, using her own creation as the final seal, hiding the heartstones away from zios until a better, safer time could come. now, moirae has risen once more along with the rest of her kind, into a scary and unfamiliar world that worships the very god that sought to eradicate them. safe to say theyre not very happy about that. angry, loud, and generally not pleasant to be around, moirae's only comfort is the alpha that freed them from their stony prison: cara
