I honestly don't see why Anaxa should be called a Su expy. To me, they look nothing alike and from what I know (I didn't finish all of Honkai Impact 3rd so I might be wrong) they don't really act very similar.
It kinda feels like people only say that Anaxa is a Su expy because they're both the "smart flamechaser" character of their group and a lot of the hsr chrysos heirs seem to have a hi3 flamechaser that they reference.
