Panda ants, also known as velvet ants, are named for their fuzzy look. However, despite their cuteness they are colloquially known as “cow killers” for their agonizing sting. Yet this little guy is gentle as a puppy despite his parasitoid-wasp-insectoid breeding. Like all males, he bears no sting.

He’s probably more cute than sexy tbh, but he looks like a Swiss roll. Or those seals that look like Swiss rolls. Does this make any sense to anyone? Idk but I want to snuggle this adorable little confection servant critter so bad.
