I’ve been in this particular group.....several times since its first incarnation, and you might’ve known me as more angst-driven characters like Pinocchio, Goro Akechi, Abel/Kazuya (I think he was in Koi at some point who knows).......the list goes on, honestly. Galo here is much more stupid, much more light-hearted and much more fun, so I’m hoping to get a good handle on him here!
Things to know about Galo:
He’s actually pretty smart when it involves things he likes, but things he likes are pretty much limited to firefighting and anime. I wish I was kidding.
If there’s even a slight chance he’s shirtless.......he is. I’m so sorry.
My entire blog is, like, highkey GaloLio themed (and still massive spoilers so please don’t click through to the theme unless you want to get spoiled by images alone), but I don’t want that to be the defining factor in his characterization so I’m gonna be focusing on platonic relationships and how Galo acts around strangers/new friends (despite the fact that he’s, y’know, in a freaking pairing project).

Man there are some things I miss about not being active on Twitter but I DEFINITELY don't miss the virulent hate aces in general and Yasmin Benoit in particular get on a regular basis (which always ramps up during Pride)
ADHD is going to literally make me insane. I got all the way to work and realized I didn't have my badge even though I knew I'd clipped it to my belt when I put my shoes on to take Sadie out. Turns out I clipped it to my dog treat waist pouch instead of my actual belt, so it got left at home. It's only a five minute drive back home, but come on.
Like, no wonder so many of us also have anxiety and depression! We end up paranoid that we're always forgetting something, and when we do we end up feeling like there's no point in even trying.
Please note she has an entire dragon hoard of toys, and yet she chooses the paper towel tube she stole from the floor when I dropped it.

I have a viewing tomorrow and a funeral on Wednesday and I keep getting sideswiped by grief, but it's very hard to stay sad when a puppydog keeps running up and squeaking her toy at you.

Phone calls DONE. Two different appointments scheduled (doctor and therapist), pest guy nagged again, called local health office for a sanity check and got the best possible answer I could have asked for. Also in the middle of that got a call from the clinic A WHOLE ASS MONTH LATER to say my labs came back negative, thanks guys 🤦🏻♀️
I'm glad we have our Very Important Business Meeting today because boy could I use a drink and food I don't have to make myself.
