#mmx zero

Dw my sad bum only got better in X8, probably like A rank as the highest and X5 is questionable while I mostly forgot about X6 and X7 (i am so sorry i didnt even try for X7 because i couldnt get Axl to use A-trans on my controller 😭😭) but apparently the ranking system varies across X5 - X8.

Mostly stuff like clear time for said stage, how many enemies killed, how much damage taken + slight variable depending on which X game so my mind can grasp it more easily.

Basically similar to the Zero games and the established ranking system they have since game one. Probably the reason why I forgot half of the other X games too have rankings since I mostly enjoy X1, X2 and X4 (Im stuck on X3 😭)

It also reminds me how weird it is that at the start of X5's save file, Zero is an SA (Special A, huh..) rank Hunter while X is B rank after....everythinf that happened????? Huh???? Yo give my boy that promotion, he deserves that 😭😭😭 (unrelated, but it makes me sad that Zero's icon in the save file goes away if he ends up going Maverick 😔)

X: a bad bitch who’s all, “my man, my man, my man,” but also “the world sucks and should be better,” giving anti-war hippy vibes, but also, “fighting makes me feel strong,” and, “I just want to be understood,” and, “I have trauma,” and “did I mention my man?”

Sigma: a bad bitch with an emphasis on bad, a real creep, a real freak who enjoys being nasty, pushes your buttons just to see how you’ll react, gives drag-queen levels of camp but also is dead serious and thinks you should be on their side but is really just crazy.

Zero: a bad bitch who is just really going through it. Traumatized big time but makes it look good. A true anti-hero, both victim and villain, cool af and tough as nails but only on the outside. Surprisingly loyal — you call, they’ll answer.

Vile: more than a bad bitch — a brat, a real cunt. A pissed off diva who lives in excess. Def doesn’t care what you think of them. Need I say more?
