I remember how I came across BTS seven years ago: I was reading the comments on a video of SISTAR and someone said that Hyorin’s dance partner “looked like Jungkook of BTS”. 

I don’t know neither Jungkook nor BTS, so I searched them on Youtube, and watched their debut MV, “No More Dream”. As I replayed their MV, I thought to myself: wow, their song lyrics meant so much I can almost feel the hardship they went through before they debuted. 

One guy stole my heart on that MV. That guy’s name turned out to be Jungkook.

Seven years later, they are a global sensation -- a group that defined the hallyu wave of this new generation. As years passed by, they grew stronger and their light shined even brighter to us ARMYs. Our boys grew up so much, and they gave everything. 

As I watch their MMA 2019 performance again, I am deeply moved by their journey. They owned the stage. They owned their performance. And they, of course, owned our hearts.
