Alya, Chloe, Juleka and earlier season Marinette! as for MM its Marinette, Alya and Chloe but it might change as more characters are added.

it's a bit hard to say lol- but I'd say the character(s) i changed most from canon are Adrien and Marinette as they become more different as the universe keeps changing. With Marinette becoming more Self-centered, fame chasing and competitive and destroying every obstacle in her way while Adrien becomes more depressed and gives up on everything, not caring about the obstacles in his way since it doesn't matter to him anymore.

The timelines are basically different versions of the main story caused by wishes!

1st Timeline

Is the most similar to classic mlb, where Marinette gets a crush on Adrien and Cat noir gets a crush on ladybug but don't know their the same person.

This timeline is also based off the Chat Blanc episode so yes, they find out each other identities and eventually start dating with Gabriel doesn't like so he forces Marinette to break up with him, it goes the same but since I removed the multiverse powers of the bunny, The first Ladybug is the only person next to Chat Blanc who survived the cataclysm he caused.

He eventually cataclysms himself and let's plagg enter a object of Marinettes ( the good luck charm he gifted her) then she's sent to the other plane of Existence where Gimmi resides.

Marinette believed the only reason all this happened was because they loved each other, so her wish is: "I wish me and adrien never loved eachother" and the wish is granted. Causing the second timeline

2nd Timeline:

Second timeline is the one I post the most about, where Marinette dislikes adrien and Adrien doesn't know Marinette or anyone at school as friends (except Chloe)

The end of the second timeline is caused due to Marinettes stress and duties stacking on top of her. Basically becoming an almagination which causes her to become Almaginette.

I am unsure of her powers still but at the end, she sacrifices herself and let's CN cataclysm her so Tikki can enter the good luck charm she gifted Adrien (as during this moment they reveal their identities) and his wish on the behalf of mari is: "I wish me and Marinette were never the wielders of creation and destruction."

Which causes the Third timeline.

3rd Timeline: Renaissance

The only one with a name btw

Renaissance is based off the PV version of mlb, with Bridgette Wang (Granddaughter of Fu Wang ) and Felix (Cousin of Adrien)

In this timeline, both Gabriel and Emilie died which caused Adrien to move in with his aunt and cousin, he basically became a shut-in and didn't go out often till he went back to school. While Marinette becomes her most competitive self, trying to one up everyone and staying to herself even more.

Bridgette and Felix are college students as three years pass unlike the previous two timelines. Fighting the new evil guardian of Renaissance who is called Richard Sphinx.

The chrysalis of this timeline though is... Marinette! She gets Nooroo after they escape from Bridgettes grasp and Nooroo feeds on Marinettes wish for things to just go right for her and her family, becoming the villain called Miss Fortune. While the Volpina of Renaissance is Adrien as fun fact, Lila is the kwami of shapeshifting now!

She gets interested in the potential of Adrien and he uses this power to get to life a average teenage life and gets the name of Chat Masque
