Rewatching revelation shows exactly why Gabriel failed and Lila hasn't yet. She doesn't let her obsession with marinette blind her to everything and she got more info on Gabriel but I think it's also why she'll fail in future seasons because with Gabriel gone and her obsession with marinette being ladybug might be her downfall but again I'm guessing. We'll see what happens

Unpopular opinion at least for as far as I've seen but I actually think miraculous is unironically good. I'm rewatching from season 4 and that's just solidifying to me so like am I the only one who thinks that? I haven't rewatched seasons 1 to 3 so maybe that's why but I genuinely think it's good from season 4 and it's such a blast rewatching it because of how I've started thinking about people now that I couldn't then.
Miraculous: Wow. Aren't Felix and Kagami such a sweet, supportive couple? Isn't it heartwarming that he's never going to do anything to hurt her and will always support her? Aren't they just so perfect for each other, and this definitely won't end with him betraying her?
Me: I know what you're doing, writers. You are NOT slick.

I didnt find the episode particularly intriuging but I can recognise that god we have been introduced to so so much lore and that makes me really happy! so lets get onto it, spoilers below the cut. This might look a bit different from the format I usually use for episodes but no guarantee of that so this is just a precautionary statement so on to it because this time I want to start with the new developments as opposed to well characters, anyway here we go.
okay to start of it was amazing to see the kingdom once again, because it really shows how miraculous is moving from its standard format of a singular antagonist motivated by selfish and personal desires to a villain that is pretty much society and a group that craves to bring control and order, once again making the miraculous world seem bigger as opposed to just being about Ladybug and cat noir and their lives, which clearly shows that the show is trying to grow with its viewers because I cant imagine a small child being able to understand this plotline about secret societies trying to control the world. Basically I really love how unlike seasons 1-5 where Gabriel was the big bad, Lila doesnt really seem to be the big bad but may just be a cog in the plans of the kingdom (as Tomoe called the society in yaksi gozen) I mean of course shes still evil but it really feels like she isnt working alone or if she is somehow the goals of the kingdom and hers align, I mean there has to be some connection right?? I mean she talked to Tomoe in Yaksi Gozen so yeah idk mann, whatever the case whether its two villains interfering with the world or one the format of the show has really really changed. Now lets talk briefly about Audrey and apparently her son??
So just like Tomoe and Gabriel, Audrey is clearly not meant to be just an abusive parent but a part of a bigger operation and I geninely love that because if you watch season 2 and compare it to what shes become you can genuinely see so much change, I mean in season 2 she seemed so petty but now in season 6 she seems to be much mroe dangerous than she was made to be, which does make sense in hindsight because for her to be this famous in the world there needs to be some extremely shady work going on in the background, so yeah audrey is dangerous and its good to see that we might explore it a bit more in the coming seasons. I mean the minute, the kingdom discussed how Paris thriving was bad for them we have the whole story with Noe Lukus who we're revealed in the end credits is actually Audrey's son, which speaking of is hilarious, I mean how many kids does Audrey even have?? Like is this all she was doing when she was abroad?? While being married to Andre?? I mean like brooo how unfaitful was she?? I dont think Noe's father is the same as Zoe so like idk mann, also poor chloe also having a step brother...Like poor girl clearly had no chance to be loved by her mother, now that we know that her mother may have so so many kids like damn broo. Anyway enough about Audrey, lets talk about Adrinette.
THEY WERE EATING SO HARD THIS EPISODE! LIKE BROOOO I MEAN COME ONNN, THEY WERE COUPLING SO HARD AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT. Oh and that line that Manon said about Adrien and Marinette playing mother and father in house is so so so cute, the little kid roots for them too and I find that so so precious, like brooo they are so established and cute and I love love love love lvoe them more with every episode. I MEAN THEYRE FINALLY TOGETHER AND THE SHOW NEVER EVER LETS US FORGET AND I LOVE THAT SO MUCH. The wait was well worth it, I swear and if they break up because of the secrets I will be so so so sad, I mean I know they need to have conflict and talk it out but please let them not brreak up, im begging you, astruc because like we waited so so long for themm. OH ALSO the fact that we saw the side couples at teh beach is also so so wholesome. I mean awww miraculous season 6 is definitely the season of all the canon couples including Julerose and Marcaniel, now since we're on the topic of couples Im going to talk about Ivan and Mylene.
They were in simple words adorable and I love love love that they were the first couple we ever saw and the couple that still persists, we dont see much of them but the little we do is always wholesome like how in the episode he didnt transform until he heard that she was okay and also the fact she calles him tedddy bear and also the fact that he trusts her so much that he was confident she'd be fine, theyre just overall adorable and quite healthy and I love that about them. its also nice to see that they didnt reveal their identities to each other. Now I guess lets move on to mylene.
Im glad she got more focus this episode and it was nice to see bits of her home life but it did confuse me a bit because in derision, I think she said her mom left her but the way they were speaking it looks like they died. Also I liked that they showed the mental health issue of anxiety more clearly this episode through mylene. Overall I liked this spisode and im sorry for cutting this short but I just lose the mood to write since I came back after a movie but I wanted to post this before tomorrow.
I hate how the fandom treats Adrien like he's made of glass and should be handled with gloves.
He has a right to know the truth about his father, even if it means being akumatized!
So long as Lila/Chrysalis doesn't ask Adrien "Are you Chat Noir?" he's not going to volunteer that information if he is akumatized. Plagg can pull the ring off his finger and give it to Kagami.
Chrysalis and Adrien can have a Palpatine & Vader moment where Chrysalis is egging him on to fulfill his father's wish and get the Miraculous and he says "No! I am not my father!" and he breaks the akuma on his own like Felix and Chloe did.
At this point there should be people thinking that it is unusual that Adrien and Marinette hasn't been akumatized "like everyone else" as Audrey said.
