Andre the ice cream man

During Revolution, specifically in a scene that was intended to highlight how "evil" Chloe is, we learned that our resident toxic shipper has never had a permit to sell his ice cream. Which not only is an actual crime but concerningly means that a health inspector has never verified if his food is even safe to consume, potentially giving a darker reason for why his cart doesn't have a standard root.

Andre Bourgeois

During the episode Collusion, Andre admits that he hates the child he failed to raise, considers her heartless, and blames her alongside her mother for his misery and criminal actions. Further more in a thankfully deleted scene from the same episode has him trade Chloe like livestock for custody of the kid he had zero involvement with and no legal right to, effectively kidnapping her, all while at the seemtime implying that unlike Zoe, Chloe deserves to be abused by Audrey.

Finally during Revolution, which ends with Andre claiming that he was going to "corrected his errors"... by dragging Chloe to Audrey and kicking them both out of the country, seemingly only to save face due to making the claim in a public and crowded setting.

Caline Bustier

Despite the fact that Chloe and Sabrina literally sit directly in front of her desk, Revelation reveals that she somehow failed to notice that Sabrina has been cheating for Chloe during the entire school year on both homework and exams. Meanwhile Confrontation effectively ends with Bustier calling Chloe a lost cause to her face.
