We just love the Batbout, a tasty Moroccan flatbread. Similar to pita bread, it’s fluffy and airy, and comes with a trademark pocket. The differences? It’s made from durum and semolina flour, and cooked on the stovetop instead of the oven. Fun and easy to prepare, they puff up within a minute or two. The only tools you’d need is a rolling pin and a cast iron skillet or griddle pan. .
