Iβve always imagined that Krader was the best out of the Series 1 tribe leaders when it came to..actually being a leader. Flain is a nice guy, but he isnβt really like, assertive enough, to the point of not doing much when it comes to keeping someone in Zorch in check. The Cragsters fucking HATE that guy bro
I wonder sometimes if Krader has ever resented Flain at any point because of how he enables Zorchβs behavior. Dare I say itβs the prime cause for why these two mixing tends to lead to a Murp sometimes.
Teslo has the opposite of this problem. People see him as too assertive, his fellow Electroids just wonβt listen to him and he hates it. His attitude towards leading is a massive overcorrection in response to Flainβs permissiveness, but he just ends up being the other extreme on that spectrum. His hearts in the right place, though.
Krader is somewhere in the middle, Iβd imagine. He cares a lot for both Shuff and Seismo. That man literally BOOKED it when Shuff called him for help getting his package from Zorch LMAO. I kinda want to say he doesnβt even have to be too permissive or assertive because they all have a sort of mutual respect for each other. Theyβre cool like that, and they know how to work together.
When Teslo and Flain are on a topic like Leadership, I wonder if Krader gets unintentionally left out because heβs just that goated at leading they keep his name out of their mouths /hj
I think holding him to such a high standard could affect him negatively if he ever messes up, though. That, and also others potentially not thinking such a thing is even possible.
