Strengthen then stretch! Iโve found for me the best way to ease sore tight muscles is to strengthen them before stretching ๐โโ๏ธ it works! These leg circles are stronger than they look on all the hip stabilising muscles. Pretty sure Iโm straying towards Pilates here, but Iโm not so yoga obsessed that I donโt embrace whatever modality hits the nail on the head at the time! Do what your body wants, not your ego.
