[Dylan]

Dylan had been out shooting arrows again as heard someone approaching the clearing that he was at. “Hm I never thought I would see you here again...didn’t you have a date with that Noah dude?” He asks before shooting another arrow with a smirk before putting his bow to his side as he looked at her.

“I am sure when Nibs found out he just said that he told you so. I mean it makes sense if Noah confessed to you that the date would be romantic. Misty walked over to him and took the flowers from him as she smiled. “I can give you a shot Dylan. But your date better be good.” She teased him before placing the flowers on a nearby tree stump. “How about you teach me how to shoot an arrow hm?”

He smiled at her answer, “Mhm I already know what we are going to do for our date, I have been planning it for a long time.” The male rubs the back of his neck slightly before nodding his head. “You want me to teach you how to shoot one right now? I thought you had somewhere to be?” Dylan asks before picking up the bow once more and an arrow. “I mean I don’t mind teaching you now if you want.”

She just smiled and chose not to tease him. It was good he was saying things he felt. She shrugged as she moved closer to him. “I can go….or you can teach me and take the opportunity to get really close to me. Maybe try that kiss one more time?”

“I think it would be nicer if you stayed but you don’t need to learn how to shoot a bow and arrow as an excuse to get close to me or for me to kiss you. I could do that anytime.” He teases before pulling her closer to him as he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her gently for a few seconds before pulling back slightly. “Mhm I think you might need to turn around so that I can teach you how to string up the arrow on the bow.” Dylan teases.

Misty kissed him back before turning around. “Okay teach me.” She smiled as she looked ahead of her.

[Dylan]

Dylan smiled as he instructed her to take the bow in her left hand and how to hold it. He then continues to place the arrow on the stand on the bow and telling her how to grip it all while his body is pressed against hers. Once everything was lined up, Dylan told her about how to shot slightly above the target since the arrow will arch due to gravity and told her about how to take the wind into account as well. “Okay, now I want you to pull it back and show me.”

She listened to everything he said, nodding in understanding, and took everything he said into account. When she shot the arrow at the bullseye, Dylan let out a small laugh, “Are you sure that you haven’t done this before? Most people I try to teach don’t usually do that well on the first time.” He teases her playfully.

“What can I say? I had a good teacher.” She teased lowering her arm and handing everything back to Dylan.

[Dylan]

“You sure it was all me? I think you did most of the work.” He jokes before taking the bow back and stringing it up with another arrow before aiming it at the bullseye and shooting it. The arrow split Misty’s arrow in half as he turned to look at her. “Do you think you can do that?” He challenges with a smirk.

[Misty]

Misty looked at Dylan’s arrow and just nodded, “In my sleep.” She responded. “But we should make this fun yeah? I am missing a date for this so you should at least make it worth my while.” She teased.

[Dylan]

“Mhm okay, since you are missing the date, what would you like to be your reward if you can meet my challenges?” He teases with a hint of mischief in his eyes.

[Misty]

“I don’t know, surprise me.” She winked taking the bow back and grabbing another arrow before shooting it and splitting Dylan’s arrow in half. “Told you. In my sleep.”

“You think you can hit a moving target? Step it up a bit.” He teases before making a moving bullseye appear before them. Dylan observed its movements as he took his bow back and took another arrow out before pulling back and shooting at the target and getting a bullseye.

[Misty]

Misty watched the movements and once Dylan was done took the bow back and an arrow and shot the arrow watching it split Dylan’s again. “You are going to need to do a lot better than that.”

[Dylan]

The male had not met someone who could match his abilities other than Tootles. “Mhm you get to pick a challenge then since mine seem to easy.” He smirked.
