You could definitely interpret the entire plot of Greatest Show on Earth -- Hannibal's creation of the Abomination and everything the Abomination does to him -- as Hannibal punishing himself for loving Will more than Mischa. Hannibal, in falling in love with Will, is beginning to imagine a future for himself beyond what he had with Mischa, a version of his own identity beyond what he created with Mischa. And as exciting and romantic as that is, as much as it might represent a kind of healing, it's also unbearable for him, because how can he let the memory of Mischa go? Definitely something he's still wresting with at the story's end.

So my bestie and I play this adorable app game called Livly island and the clothes are so cute. So here’s my murdersiblings AU Mischa in an outfit I have in the game.

Uncle Robert and Lady Murasaki makes things harder. While Hannibal is closer to Murasaki, Mischa can talk open with Uncle Robert. He understands her. Knows whats really bothering her. Guesses it's Hannibal. But won't press. She can just linger in the same space with him and not have to talk. Not have to dig deep into her self like Hannibal wants. But Mischa also knows Robert can't bring himself to look deeper into Hannibal. He already blames himself for their fathers death, with Hannibal its a second chance to make right. And Murasaki might actually have proof- so why won't she say anything about it?
