Oración por Chile y procesión Virgen del Carmen 24/09/2017 Santiago, Chile Los orígenes de la celebración del día de la oración por Chile se remontan a 1971, cuando la conferencia episcopal decide establecer un dia para realizar una gran procesión y plegaria por el país. Originalmente la procesión de la virgen del carmen se realizaba cada 16 de Julio, pero por asuntos climáticos se había movido para Octubre.
