MiphLink Week Day 7: Free Day (Camping)
"Why did you leap in front of that Lizalfos, Link? I saw it readying the shock arrow and was already prepared to dodge," Mipha scolded as the warm orange glow of the campfire contrasted her gentle blue healing magic focused on Link's bloodied shoulder. "If you act rashly when I am around, I'll have to reconsider camping with you if only for your own safety."
Link didn't reply, he didn't feel it necessary as she had already deduced why he had taken the arrow known to be particularly lethal to her species. It didn't matter how experienced she was exploring around the Zora River with its numerous armed monsters, seeing her face such a threat made Link's blood run cold and he moved instinctively.
He wasn't too concerned for his own safety, Mipha was with him afterall, and besides, it was a small price to have her determination to heal overcome the incredible shyness that had come over her as of late. The small smile that escaped his usual stoic facade went unnoticed by his long time friend as she focussed intently on her work.
