ended my last fast at 32 hours, then fasted today for 24 hours, and have started a new fast for the new month

24 hours into my fast
can already tell my family is going to ruin my weekend, so hopefully theyll be too busy yelling about how lazy i am to notice im not eating
ok i ate a couple hours ago so im starting yet another fast
this ones goal is 30 hours or more
this time i have diet soda and tiktaks, so sugar levels shouldnt be a problem
Decided to end my fast at 50 hours cause I passed out and almost fell down the stairs 😬
Forgot how fast my blood sugar levels drop when Im fasting so I'll have to get some tiktaks to take next time
I love fasting but I've pushed myself to seizures before and I dont intend to do that again
