Casa JML is a minimalist residence located in Madrid, Spain, designed by Maximale. A continuous envelope of darkened oak runs through the apartment as a single constructed gesture, absorbing storage, circulation, and service into one thickened body so that the rooms around it are left uncommitted.

Mid-century

Ciutat Vella Apartment is a minimalist apartment located in Valencia, Spain, designed by Balzar Architects. Protected fabric inside an 1890 building – Nolla mosaic floors, wrought ironwork, original moldings, century-old doors, and fragments of polychrome ceiling painting – arrived as fixed conditions, and the 300 square meter renovation organizes itself around what could not be touched.

Apartment No. 201 is a minimalist apartment located in Nicosia, Cyprus, designed by Anastasiou Misseri.
