Well…..listen, I do love my brother a lot. But I’m probably the only mech to say that with a straight face. As far as setting first impressions go he hasn’t really started out on the best foot, what with all that Decepticon business he was involved in and then all the spy business….you get the picture, mechs don’t generally consider him too reliable. I can’t really blame them, he’s always been a free agent, does what he wants without giving a scrap what everyone above wanted of him. But I know deep down he means well, alright? Yes, he’s terrible at following orders, but he’s good at following his spark. And hopefully, this new command will help everyone else see in him what I always have. -Clockblock

Hahaa!! My good ol’ rival, you want me to talk about him? Alrighty, I can do that! Now I don’t claim t’know much bout him as a mech, but I know the guy is one mean bugger! Not someone just anyone can take on out on the battlefield, he’ll crush you and turn you int’ nothin’ but scrap metal if you ain’t careful! And he won’t even bat an eye when he does. Think the only emotion I’ve seen on his face other than indifference would be anger- but seein’ that one’s when you know the fights gettin good! Least for me, couldn’t tell you if he enjoys fightin too -Trailblazer

Despite his rather grumpy personality, we all agree Overdose is a great guy! And no no I’m not biased. He can be a bit snappy and serious at times, but he’s always looking out for everyone and has our best interests in mind, I know he does! It’s...one of the few things I do know about him for sure. I just hope he knows that we’re all here to help him too! Sometimes I worry he thinks he has to take everything on by himself…. -Facade

Oh yeah, sweet gal. Used to work with her back in the day, but she’s kind of faded out of existence at this point. Not that I can blame her, war was new. It was terrifying. And I think she really took it all the hardest. Maybe it’s for the best she kinda faded into obscurity the way she did, I think all the fighting was just turning her into a nervous wreck and it was helping no one. I’m sure she must have some new friends now though, they better be taking care of her. She deserves a break. -Arcee

Where to even begin? One can say a lot about Quickfix. But I could not tell you what parts were true. He’s just ...completely surrounded by political controversy and functionist abuse, trying to reach him while wading through it is no easy feat. And that is in no way his fault. I do fully believe he’s an innocent bot. I don’t think he ever wanted any part in this. Looking at him now versus back when I first met his squad….my spark mourns for him. I truly hope his new mission becomes the break he needs. -Longarm Prime

Yoooooo, I’ve been working on some mini-bios for a while now just as some supplementary character information, and this is just some info beforehand on em. 

Firstly, they’re just snippets about characters in the style of TFA’s character biographies. Secondly, I will be first and foremost doing them for main characters and then some for other characters people have/can request(ed). They’ll come in pairs most likely. Thirdly, I’ll just be posting them as I make them! So they could be interlaced with character design posts. 

My current Hordeside roster has changed a bit since I started this thing, and I never did post up the mini-bios for my gals like I’d intended to. So here it goes.

Akrah Grimfang Reluctant Orc Shaman Once a warrior Akrah believes lost everyone she cared about during either the Northrend campaign or the Shattering. As a result the path she took to becoming a shaman was on the shadier side and even now she dances on the edge of dark shamanism and calls it practicality. Old, bitter, and desperately lost Akrah strives I find some sense of who she is and what she is meant to do.

Briseris Amenthal Paranoid Blood Elf Warrior As an elf that is nearing the end of her life Briseris struggles with feelings of ennui and a disconnection with the younger, more passionate members of the Horde. These days the only thing that keeps her going is her wild theories about the Titans and the “threat" they pose to all of Azeroth. In the process she's managed to alienate most of her former allies, leaving her hard-pressed to make ends meet.

Halawanee Brighthorn Ambitious Tauren Paladin Having come of age during the Shattering Halawanee made the dramatic decision to give up her path as a hunter to join the newly formed Sunwalkers. Ambitious, proud, and incredibly stubborn she struggled with her choice ever since. Now as a little older (and very little wiser) paladin she’s learning to embrace both paths - replacing jer driving need for the hunt with a growing interest in Archaeology and lore.
