small updates, new park, Ermin Apartments (fancy), unfinished blue monstrosity that im gonna have to shorten, etc

A picturesque valley with some rudimentary temples, thinking of building a lot more of them, varied in size, shape etc. across the western valley area.

i liked the panel look so i made a whole new building based on it, love how it came out although this chisel mod makes my game lag like crazy :<, also not sure if im gonna add even more floors or some kind of spire... might just keep the roof flat too
