Rating the new baby mobs
this is definitely an unpopular opinion but I don’t like a lot of the new baby animals in Minecraft, I mean definitely like some of them but I really don’t like some of the others like the baby chicken so I’m doing what no don’t asked for and rating them
Like the old one isn’t the best but the new one isn’t any better it looks like a stress ball with legs and I feel like it just doesn’t fit the game, it has so little detail compared to the original. It’s not necessarily a bad design I just feel it doesn’t fit the game at all. 3/10
I like the body on this one a lot but I do not like the face, the nose and eyes are way too small and it makes it look weird. Other than that though I like it 6/10
The pig is another one where I like the body but not the head, the eyes have the same problem that the sheep had and the head is pushed too far onto the body. I like how stumpy it looks though 6/10
I actually really like the cows design, I think they look proportionate and while looking cute still fit the game well. 9/10
While I do think the new baby dog is cute it feels too stumpy to me, it worked with the pig but I feel like it doesn’t for the dog. There’s also something off about the face but I can’t figure out what it is. It’s definitely an improvement to the original though. 6/10
I honestly really don’t like the new kittens, they’re not objectively bad but I think they’re worse than the original, the larger body is weird and the head is waay too big. I liked the original much more. 4/10
okay so while I don’t actually mind the new baby rabbit I HATE the new adult rabbit design, they simplified it so much and just like with the chick it doesn’t fit the game anymore. It’s so much blocker and less detailed. The baby rabbit on its own is like an 8 but I dislike the adult rabbit so much it brings it down to a 4/10
I know there’s more baby mob that were updated but I haven’t seen them yet but maybe I’ll make a second part
