I love that the End just has random musical undertones and design elements that you van just miss. Like chorus plants or...? It's so random but kind of cute. In Minecraft Dungeons, the Endersents write out a little poem for you, and one of the new armor sets is just bard attire. It's such an underrated detail and I hope it's highlighted more in the future.
Its been a personal hypothetical survival scenario of mine on how you could realistically survive the End if we apply all knowledge we know about it, and deadass the existence of the Enderall from the obscure Minecraft Mini Series would make the situation significantly easier if not purely because of the implication of caves in the End, and it being a predator to other Enderlings.
If you can find a way to utilize it's caves to hide from the unrelenting cosmic blasts of radiation from stars going supernova, you might be able to avoid super cancer for like, another whole day, assuming there's no lose radium inside the cave and any weapons you picked up don't give you unimaginable thoughts that drive you to madness. Sure the Enderall might inhale you, but since this is Tumblr and Endermen are a popular hear me out, I'm sure some freak out there would like that. Also who knows, maybe you can feed the Enderall and expand it's home and it won't kill you? Maybe it can be moderately friendly for a bit, you never know until you're huddled in a sharp cave, Snarlings prowling above, and the next bang is going to hit any minute now.
Oh btw the survival scenario is purely trying to find a loophole to escape your death to cancer, because the End will 100% kill a real human with cancer if you're just outside. I might post my thoughts on how to survive or kill every Enderling soon lol.
chat im currently trying to come up with good vtuber designs/concepts and i THINK ive landed on 2 things i want to focus in on:

yes i know, how unoriginal. but thats just HER name, her species would be like. "Enderopod" or smth. (the "opod" comes from the animal type snails are: Gastropods (specifically Shelled-Gastropods))
I would probably assume that the Enderopod ingame could drop an item like an "ender shell" when killed, which would maybe give you a new shield thats a little stronger than the regular ones? Maybe you can use it to brew some kinda potion?
Endermen hybrids do indeed see in inverted vision. They use the same names for different colors because technically the bright cyan they see for poppies is still the color of poppies, which is called red.
That being said, regular eyes are best at defining shades of green. Inverted, those reach a large range of colors from a orangey red all the way to a purpley indigo. Endermen eyes still have a high definition of green, but what is green after the inversion, which is our red and purple, leading to their vision reaching into infrared and ultraviolet vision.

End update wish fulfillment concept art part 1
I have no strong feelings about the ender dragon fight so I’ve got nothing about that.
Color scheme primarily different shades of grey, black and yellow to put emphasis on the minimal purple assets (like eyes of the endermen/dragon).
Expanding on the liminal space feeling rather than rewriting the end to be more lively.
fought the end for the first time today. boy am I lucky I wasn’t the only one there because I think I died the most out of everyone
i have another minecraft theory
i haven’t thought about it in great detail yet BUT
i think there was a giant species of beetle from the end that is now extinct. specifically, i think it was hunted to extinction
right now i’m calling it the enderbeetle. not very original, sure, but it does fit with the other names (endermite, enderman, ender dragon). my reasoning: the elytra. what are elytra in real life? they’re hard coverings (or forewings) that protect the (hind)wings of beetles. because of their size i am saying these enderbeetles were giant. i think once it was discovered that these elytra could be used to make people fly, people quickly took advantage of it. they hunted all the beetles they could to harvest their elytra, until no beetles were left
now there is a hole to this theory: beetles don’t use elytra for flight. they’re meant to protect their hindwings, which ARE used for flight. i think this could be explained by the fact that with elytra you’re not really *flying* technically, but rather gliding. like how a flying squirrel doesn’t actually fly
but yeah this is my theory as to where elytra come from!
