Giant bats [giganticus chiroptera] are a fabled creature of the deep dark. Although a few very clear pictures have been taken of them. While of the same family of common cave bats they are not of the same species. Giant bats have been assumed to have the same diet of their smaller cousins while it has been hypothesized that they feed on monsters living in parts of the deep dark uninhabited by wardens, due to the sheer amount of energy it would take to even move. But due to these misconceptions about their diet the numerous attempts to bring one to above grounds to study have ended somewhat like this:
