Mind reading: Simon got his mind reading powers from the mutations and at first he thought it was the eel he could āhearā when he was drugged up and opening his eyes because all he heard was āplease please wake up. I need you. I need someone else to talk to.ā But when he sees the blurry image of Grace he sees his mouth isnāt moving and chalks it up to him being loopy.
Next time it happens is Grace is staring at Simon and he can hear Grace thinking āheās so pretty. Really strong too, even with his one arm- cheese and crackers grace you shouldnāt be thinking about that! Heās just warming up to you!ā And Simon looks to see if Grace said that but Grace isnāt moving his mouth and he still is confused.
MAFS AU: Simonās suit for their wedding/first meeting was a dark red jacket and pants and the button up shirt he was wearing was black with a subtle flower pattern on and Graceās suit was a dark blue with subtle constellations all over.
