Here’s a commission I got from my good friend, Rama!!! I decided to challenge the artist since they recently stated they had trouble drawing characters with glasses. Luckily for him, Old Pumpkin loves to challenge his artists! And also it was an excuse for me to have him draw Min Min’s butt so… win, win. A-anyways, please follow the artist!

Won't place Bayonetta just bc I don't know her origin series practically at all.

Ryu and Ken... I'd probably put them close to Steve, mayyybe a little to the up-left of them. Ryu and Ken's movesets are very much from Street Fighter, and that gives them a steep learning curve that, for instance, Terry doesn't have. Even if personally playing them in Smash feels like playing them in Street Fighter more than it feels like playing other characters in Smash, their overall playstyle meshes well enough with the rest of the game that other players adapting to a Ryu or Ken in the match isn't unlike adapting to any other character. Compare to Steve, who does have a couple of Smash Bros-ish moves but is more or less playing by Minecraft rules in the middle of a Smash Bros match.
