I don't really like to outright say whether someone will definitely break up with another because that can seem rather discouraging or like a curse. I'll just say possibilities..

They're both very young first of all and I don't see them both mentally mature enough to get married and start a family together. It's not to say that all young people who get married at like 19 aren't suited to get married at that age. It's just in their case I feel like they're not ready for the commitment and responsibilities that marriage would entail. They're both in their honeymoon phase still and they do have strong s*xual attraction towards one another. They enjoy each other's presence too, but simply those aren't enough to sustain a marriage and well to start a family.

If they do get married, it'd likely be between 2023 and 2026. If they drag this longer, they likely will break up. If they really want to marry, they'd have to strike when the iron is still hot. While they have dated each other for more than a year, they were both busy people at the time and didn't actually see each other that that much like live together fully. The more they know each other, the more they'll be unlikely to marry.

If they do marry, they will highly likely divorce. It'll be very, very difficult for them to work out their issues. I see Millie trying harder than Jake to sustain the marriage, whereas Jake is often just leaving the house and going out with his friends etc. That sort of scene keeps repeating. The divorce may get ugly and even uglier if they have children. Jake's dad would be fully ready to hire a top-notch family lawyer and to get Jake to sue for sole custody of the children and possibly alimony. Issues within the marriage come after they start living together full time and will get worse if they have children. They're both still "children" at heart. Jake has led a rather entitled life - not having to experience much hardship; his family has been there to clean up his messes or to solve things for him. He hasn't matured yet to take on the role of a responsible spouse or a responsible father. He tends to run away from his responsibilities when times get tough so he's likely to get out of the house when he and Millie run into problems. Millie wants to resolve the issue, while he just checks out. She'll be frustrated because of this.

If they do have children, Millie should be prepared to be the one who is the children's primary parent (i.e. being the one that looks after the children, manages them, takes them to appointments etc.). They will probably hire a nanny who can help Millie look after the children and help with the chores, but I see her still taking on the primary parent role. The kids will be really close to the nanny/nannies.
