Mile 27 Clubhouse https://mile27.co.uk/ Tucked away on the corner of one of the back streets in Great Portland Street. I discovered this cute little cafe one rainy afternoon in August. Why does it always seem to rain in the UK in August? Our Daughter had a hospital appointment just round the corner. She feel asleep & I decided I needed a Caffeine fix & something sweet. Can't ever seem to drink coffee these days without something sweet to go with the coffee. Not good I know! I ordered an Americano and a Portuguese custard tart. I love these tarts, but don't get the chance to eat them much. I just wish they were bigger too as they are so delicious. It was a much needed break and lovely to get a bit of time to Myself, chill out and enjoy great coffee and soak up the atmosphere of Mile 27.
