Happy new year! May all your intentions come true for 2022! 2021 was a challenging year for so many. I certainly dealt with my fair share of challenges. But for those of us lucky enough to make it through we are here to start anew! We have an opportunity to shape our world in the way we want by shifting our perspectives. Today many make resolutions, but I invite you to simply set intentions and place some goals around them. I led a meditation @starrmillyoga that was really powerful and fun to offer. It was great to provide a container for people to focus on their intentions and start off the year on a positive note. We started by using white pine and himalayan soti essences. Then we moved into a grounding qigong practice. We transitioned into a guided meditation using a rattle, frame drum, hand pan drum, and a singing bowl. We also had fir hemlock, balsam copal, and rose hydrolat to assist in the journey. The crystal grid pictured was there to support us as well. The first pic was when it was first set up and the second one is after everybody placed the crystals that they had used for the meditation back in the grid. I thought it was beautiful all jumbled together but perfect nonetheless. It was an honor to provide this offering today. I get just as much out of it as the participants do! Join me next month for a self love meditation on 2/13. The last pic was me closing out the day with our new year’s tradition of going to Wadsworth falls! All in all the year is starting off on the right foot. May your year be filled with an abundance of love, light, prosperity, and joy! #newyear #newyearsday #newyearmeditation #meditationct #middletownct #qigong #aromatherapy #soundhealing #crystaltherapy #crystalgrids #floweroflife #newyearintentions #chiforhealing #gaiacentrichealing (at Starr Mill Yoga) https://www.instagram.com/chiforhealing/p/CYNTF_msz1M/?utm_medium=tumblr
