"What About Love" is a song made popular by American rock group Heart in 1985. It was originally recorded by Canadian rock group Toronto but is best known as Heart's "comeback" single - it was the first song by the band to reach the top ten in five years.Â
It was released as the first single from the group’s self-titled 1985 album, Heart, and featured Ann Wilson on lead vocals with her sister Nancy singing as well.  Grace Slick and Mickey Thomas of Starship (once known as Jefferson Airplane) provide additional background vocals on the track.
The song's sound marked a considerable change in the musical direction for Heart, moving from the hard (and folk) rock of their earlier work to a more polished, power ballad sound. It received extensive airplay on MTV and returned Heart to the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, peaking at #10.

“A Star-Studded Tribute to Eddie Money” - The friends of Eddie Money gathered to pay tribute to the late singer last week (2-20-20) , five months after his death. Among those celebrating “The Money Man” were (left to right): Metallica’s James Hetfield; John Waite; Kevin Cronin of REO Speedwagon; Sammy Hagar of The Circle/Chickenfoot/Van Halen/Montrose; Mickey Thomas of Starship; Dave Amato of REO Speedwagon; Tommy Heath of Tommy Tutone; Greg Kihn; and legendary guitarist, Waddy Wachtel. The event was hosted by comedian Louie Anderson, and proceeds went to MusiCares and the USC Eddie Money Cancer Research Fund. The concert was held at the Saban Theater; Beverly Hills, CA (2-20-20).
