The first time I drank that 2015 #michters10 I knew what they did was make magic, and spending time with @michtersmasterofmaturation and the team over the years, my gut was feeling was 1000% right. 10 years is a great amount of time in a #whiskybarrel for most juice. It gives the #whisky a good amount of time with #mothernature to do its thing, and though I love even older, 10 years is a nice starting point. #michters10 whiskies are legendary #whiskeys at that age point, the #suntorywhisky 10’s Luke the #yamazaki and #hakushu super tasty, #nikkawhisky the 12’s are the sweet spot but the #nikkamiyagikyo 10 is one of my favorites, and good old #oldripvanwinkle 10 people go wild for and it’s good but the #pappyvanwinkle15 is my jam.
