“i’m home,” bakugo calls out, stuffing his keys back in his pocket as he closes the door behind him. it’s a familiar routine. he gets home, half of the time battered and bruised, dumps his gauntlets in the hall and has his arms open ready for you. only a moment passes and the sound of feet padding over don’t greet him. actually, nothing does. “babe?” you’re not curled up on the couch, slumped sleeping. you’re not in the kitchen, fritting by the stove. you’re not fucking anywhere. “where are ya?”

he can feel his mind shifting back to his primal instincts, shoulders tensing and chest heating as bile rises up his throat.

he’s moving recklessly now, shoving open every door in the apartment with one hand while he grabs his phone out with the other.

there’s no blood, no ransom note, but still no you!

“uh.. kats?”

his head snaps to the door, marching over swiftly and grabbing your shoulders. he scans your face, looking for any signs of harm but there’s only confusion.

“you alright?” you ask, voice dipping low with concern.

he forces a sigh out of his nose, shifting his arms to wrap around you, chin pressing to your forehead as he locks you in an embrace. “yeah. yeah m’fine.”

“you sure?” you pull back slightly, just enough to look at him again. “cause the apartments trashed and you’re acting like i died.”

he turns his head, scanning over the damage he’d caused in the haste of his search. “shit.. sorry baby. m’fine. just fuckin scared me when i couldn’t find you. where the hell you been huh?”

“kats i was with ochacho. i told you last night we were getting coffee today.”

his brows crease, trying to remember before his features soften, breathing out deeply. his forehead drops to yours, eyes closing as he nods. “yeah, you did. fuck my bad.”

you move, bringing a hand up to cradle his face gently. “hey it’s alright.”

you know he hasn’t been sleeping well lately, shadows starting to seep under his eyes. there’s been tougher patrol shifts, later hours, harder villains. he’s been stressed, out of it.

“yknow what you need? a long hot shower.”

“m’fine—“

“you stink baby.” he huffs, lips twitching, and you laugh gently, rubbing the bone of his cheek with your thumb. “go clean off and relax. i’m gonna make us somethin to eat, then we’re taking a nap. no arguments. you need rest.”

he takes a moment, considering protesting, before finally opening his eyes, admitting defeat. a shower and sleep doesn’t sound too bad right about now. pressing a kiss to your temple, he slowly unwinds his arms from around you.

he prods your head gently with his finger.

“better fuckin still be here when i get back.”

Thinking about cuddling Bakugo.

His arms wrapped around your waist. Face nuzzled into the crook of your neck while you both sleep.

Its like thats the only time he can peacfully sleep, but if u go to the bathroom?

Yeah hes coming with you.

"Baby... go back to bed, ill be there in a second." You spoke with a sigh grabbing the paper to wipe.

Did he move away from the doorway? No. Not even and inch. His face in a sleepy and tired scowl rubbing his eyes trying to adjust to the light from the bathroom.

He finally moved when u grabbed his hand, turned the light off from the bathroom and quietly paddled back to the bed.

His arms immediatly finding your torso and waist, hugging tightly and hes already asleep.

Softly snoring into your skin, while u gave a small sigh, hands scratching his scalp and playing with his blonde hair until you fell asleep too.

He just cant sleep without you there next to him. Unless he find a plushie that smells like you, then... maybe.. thats an acceptence..for now.

I repeat: ONE STATIC SCENE. ONE. Dont even needed animation, just colors and one PowerPoint panel.

In final season they did a original scene where Touya was hearing his dad babbling nonstop on that creppy tube, but ONE static PowerPoint panel of him smilling in afterlife / Shoto's memories, to show that Touya somehow was ok in his final moments...Nothing.

Cool part: That was oficialy the last time that Bones, Horikoshi or any canon stuff pissed me off and ruined my day

The idea of AFO not only getting his hands on Nana’s grandson and making him his successor but also finding her daughter (Inko) and making the decision to corrupt her bloodline further.

I imagine that he doesn’t actually love Inko, she’s ultimately just the means to an end for him.

He also probably isn’t too attached to the idea of Izuku. He’s just an extra thing to rub in All Might’s face if he ever gets the chance, another person he couldn’t save from being affected by AFO’s existence. Maybe if Izuku had inherited more of his own features, more of Yoichi’s, then his father may have been interested.

Even the idea of Izuku having a quirk that AFO took or being Quirkless due to his father being such an early generation quirk user is an interesting dynamic to consider as well. The varying emotions this would bring out later on down the line.

But then Tomura furthers his training as a successor, and when AFO realizes that if he were to use Tomura the way he wanted, then Izuku would be a suitable replacement for Yoichi. But by then it’s too late for him to do anything that wouldn’t alter his plans. Tomura is too emotional to bring Izuku into the equation. Izuku is too interested in being a hero to ever turn to villainy. Once again, brothers on opposite sides of a battle.

After his capture, AFO asks to speak to Izuku inside Tartarus, and this is how it’s revealed. His true heritage. What his purpose could have been had things been slightly different. Tomura finds out through the doctor. His anger and rage doubles at the knowledge AFO thought he could be expendable. That his fate was decided for him when he was taken in.

In the end though, Tomura and Izuku would always be two sides of the same coin. A story that repeats itself. The older brother falling to the power that consumed his humanity and the younger brother trying to put an end to the madness.

The two of you guys would be cuddling and being all cute with each other, then suddenly Mezo would morph his stubs into an ear and puts it to your against your chest.

“Y/n,, your heart is beating really fast”

“Oh? It just got faster?”

You tell Mezo to stop while hiding into his chest all giggly and he lives for it man. Then you realize this hunk of man also seems to be more effected by your presence and affection after all “bullshit your heart is beating hella fast too!!”

“Oh I’m so hypocritical aren’t I, what a shame”

Groaning in defeat, you just nuzzle into him more, continuing on having a conversation you were having prior. The whole duration of the time that your talking and explaining your opinion about such thing, he cannot stop smirking because he knows all too well it effected him most likely more than you were impacted by the adorable interaction. Mezo loves making you smile in any way, he loves being the reason as to why you seem joyous all the time.
