Coming in options for 2 or 4 people, you get smoked and chopped pork shoulder, chicken skewers, tortillas, corn on the cob, avocado, whipped charred garlic ricotta and crema, salsa roja, plus your veg to garnish the tacos. Andy uses a Texas inspired cooking infused with Mexican flavours, and this is totally evident in the beautiful smell of that pork. All it requires is a quick boil in the bag, and to be honest the rest is really easy too.
