One of the first -and most iconic - robots to appear in a film is female. Maria, or Maschinenmensch in Metropolis, 1927.
An old illustration project from my junior college days. The assignment was a movie poster. This is when I was hard into Metropolis. And honestly, if you haven’t seen it, I HIGHLY recommend it! Watch it! Watch it! Done Brittney Lee style, but at a less skilled degree, paper art. Its all paper that I cut myself and yeah it took a long time because this thing is the actual size of a movie poster!

Guatemala City
The capital city is a rather interesting place to visit, it comes across as an old 90′s city from the east coast of the US, a mix of cultures and history that is yet to understand how all its elements play together
From the park to the university it presents an atmosphere of stillness that allows us to move around and through, the city itselfs lives because of the people and most of the people exist in this location because of the city, is a interesting duality that gives this place its flavor.
Because of the different faces the city has, I find it satisfactory to go around and shoot, trying to claim a part of its reality form myself and now for you, if you ever come to Guatemala don't forget to visit the city.
