Metang are formed when two Beldum merge together, linking their nervous systems and doubling their psychokinetic power, though the combined intelligence seems to remain the same as that of one Beldum.
Metang floats through the air using magnetism coming from its rear, but it can also use the magnetism coming from its arms to reach speeds of over 60 mph.
Metang have extremely tough bodies, not even scratching if they crash into a jet plane at full speed.
The claws on the ends of Metang's arms are so sharp they tear easily through iron sheets, though the Pokemon usually prefers to use its psychic energy to attack.
Metang love magnetic minerals, so they actively search for Nosepass when they have the chance.
